EATING KAPSA

EATING KAPSA.........# The famous rice in Saudi Arabia is called KAPSA. It is served with meat like mutton on top of it. Kapsa is placed on a big plate called saneya which can be shared by more or less five persons at a time., They eat together on one saneya specially if there is occasion and group eating in the Arab restaurant. It is like fried rice. Usually, one order of kapsa with meat is 8 to 12 Riyals......:)RDM






ARAB KUBOS..........#The bread is called kubos in Arab countries. This is the traditional kubos always eaten by the Saudi and other Arab people. The meat and fish are eaten with kubos or kubos is eaten with meat by the Arab people......:)RDM


WITH MY STUDENTS ............#I was eating Kapsa with my students during our college day picnic at the farm. We were 7 persons eating together on one saneya  sitting on the floor with carpet......:)RDM
